Why: Because he was cold and it is only going to be 91 degrees today!

Saturday we decided to go check out the zoo. It was the perfect day and we all had a very good time. Enjoy the pictures. I have tons thanks to my husband who I think took a pictures of EVERY single animal and then some!! lol

Nate....

Is cruising into 7 months!!
He is growing so fast! Here is what he is doing now.

*He smiles ALL the time. He is such a happy little man!
*He weighs 18 lbs and 13 oz and is very healthy ( per Dr. C )
*Is eating #2 foods and is like his mommy and don't like macaroni.
*Rolls around EVERYWHERE, is trying to sit up but isn't very good at that yet.
*Sleeps all through the night and wakes up happy as a lark. I think E should take notes from Nate on that! HA
*If you hold out your hands for him to come to you he will.
*I'm still thinking he is a little partail to his poppa, because E doesn't let Nanee have anything to do with him! lol
*Likes to ride in his stroller
*Loves anything with a tag on it.
*Likes to watch Blues Clues.
*Thinks bath time is fun!
*He babbles all the time. E said the other day he said dada, but I'm NOT so sure about that.

He is getting so big it's hard to believe he is 7 months old already. Check out his Cool Daddy look here. Isn't he such a handsome man!

A Message from Nanee.......

I picked Ethan up from Barnyards yesterday. He has been wanting to go back to the library with me so that is where we went. He played some, got on the computer for awhile, sat and looked at some books. I had to sit in one of those chairs with him and read to him (it was not a pretty site to see me get down there and back up!) He got 3 books to check out. Then we had to go to the ice cream store (The 50's Diner on the square). He calls it the ice cream store because it DOES have the best ice cream!!! He got a chocolate cone then decided he was hunger and wanted a "cheese hamburger" and fries. They did not have a hamburger on the kids menu so we both got the regular burger with fries. We sat on the stools at the bar, thank goodness the stools did not turn!!! They had 50's decor all around. There were 2 picutures of Elvis. He asked who he was and I told him a singer. "Why does he have 2 pictures, they don't look alike?" My answer was one picture he was daddy's age and one picture he was Poppa's age. Then every song that came on," Is that Elvis?" He ate over 1/2 of the HUGE burger they brought and almost all of his fries. If you haven't been, you need to try it! The girls there are so friendly! Ethan and I talked and talked. He told me he plays Super Heros EVERYDAY at Barnyard. He wears sunglasses that are tinted orange, and they have super powers!!! He is always the leader because he runs the fastest!! The boys "defeated" the girls (what a big word and he knew what it meant too!) When we got home we had to play baseball and hide and seek while mommie ran an errand. Nate got to play hide and seek with us! Jason was out of town so I was going to stay until they both went to bed.................neither went to bed until AFTER 10:00!! I think they were just excited because their Nanee was there! My grandkids just make my life so WONDERFUL!!!!!

Soccer Time!

We signed E up this year for soccer. So far he seems to really like it. Micah ( our cousin ) and Jason are the coaches. I really didn't think that Jason being a coach would be all that great. For some STRANGE reason E has a listening problem when it come to us. Ha. But so far so good. The only thing we really need to work on is keeping E from falling down on purpose ALL the time. If he sees anyone fall for a reason he has to do the same thing. Here are a couple of pictures of them at practice!

Drama Queen turns 13

We celebrated Farrah's 13th Birthday this weekend. It's hard to imagine that she is this old already. When me and Jason first started dating she was only 3 years old. I have watched her grow from a sweet baby girl to a wonderful little lady. She is the best step daughter anyone could ask for. Her brothers love her to the moon and back. E cries when she has to leave to go back to her moms. There is never a dull moment when she is around, she is full of laughs and total drama! :) Happy Birthday Farrah ( aka Sister, that's what E calls her ) We all love you ever much and i hope you had a Wonderful Birthday!

Guess who got a new camera!!

I guess turning 30 wasn't so bad! I DID get the best present EVER. Jason and the kiddo's got me a new camera. I have been wanting one for a while now and I was so happy when I opened my present! Here are a couple of shots with it. I'm still learning how to use it, it has so many different features on it.

This story really means a lot to me and I want to share it with all my readers. This is my VERY best friend's blog. We have been BFF's since 2nd grade and we do everything together. However I have never been a HUGE fan of needles, never the less to give blood but after reading her post it has totally change my out look on the whole situation. I would be lost without her in my life and so I made a promise to her today that I will do it, but she has to go with me to hold my hand and to pick me up ( Not stand there and laugh ) if I pass out. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!

Today I celebrated my 30th birthday!! Man I'm getting old!! :) Today E told me Happy Birthday and he also told me that I was " Never to old to Rock N Roll!" LOL!! Here are some old pictures!

Surprise!!!

My family and my BFF Holli really got me good. They planned a 30th surprise party for me Saturday. I was so shocked. They done a really good job of pulling it off. My brother made the sweetest video for me. It was of the time I was born up until now. It was awesome. Here are some pictures. Sorry for the red eye and they are in random order!
